Aviation Medical Exams

Please call 905-890-8183 or email saldanhahealthcentre@gmail.com to schedule your Aviation Medical. We provide medicals for Categories 1, 2, 3, and 4, as well as Telemedicine Certificate renewals.

In-person medicals are available on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.

• Personal ID
• Glasses (if you wear them) and your contact lenses with lens kit
• Your Medical Certificate booklet for stamping

• Aviation Medical: $200.00
• ECG: $40.00
• Audiogram: $40.00

Additional Investigations or Submissions of Reports to TC: $60.00

Available in-office for $40.00.

Please email any relevant test results, medical/specialist reports (e.g., for recent surgeries, injuries, depression, ADHD/ADD, diabetes, sleep apnea – including CPAP compliance report, laser or refractive eye surgery, medication lists) to saldanhahealthcentre@gmail.com prior to your appointment.

Post Assessment documents that are required and/or requested by TC will incur an admin fee of $50.00 per submission.

1. An ECG is not required for Telemedicine appointments.
2. Provide a local phone number for the telemedicine call.
